Along with the times, wireless connectivity is increasingly
trusted to be a means of efficient audio conductor that's able to maintain the
quality just like when using a cable. Even the turntable recently is also
presented in wireless variant.
One of the newest turntable devices is TRNTBL, a wireless
turntable from VNYL which is known as a leading provider of vinyl subscription
service. Although this is not the first wireless turntable, but this device
still keeps a number of interesting features.
Just by seeing the design, perhaps the vinyl collectors have
been interested to this turntable. It brings a very simple form, but looks
luxurious with black or matte white color that’s combined with gold accent on
some parts of the device.
Contrary to the simple design, its wireless connectivity is
quite comprehensive. Besides Bluetooth, TRNTBL can also connect via AirPlay or
with multi-room system from Sonos.
But the main selling point of TRNTBL is the song
identification feature ala Shazam. So TRNTBL will recognize every title of song
that's played by vinyl and the user can share it to Spotify.
In addition, TRNTBL also offers a feature called Tune-In,
where other users can follow the tracks you play via Spotify in real-time or
access the playlists you have played from the beginning. According to its
developer, this feature could be considered as Periscope, but for music not
video.
TRNTBL's Pre-order has been opened at $ 351. The marketing
itself will start in next summer, with a retail price of $ 420. Of course, this
device will be ideal when coupled with the VNYL subscription service.
