Google Photos presents a Shared Album feature, enabling users to collaborate with other users

Google Photos presents a Shared Album

When taking photos with family or friends, we often wish to share those happy moments with each other. During this time, the most common way we used to do was sending the photos or videos through a variety of messaging applications. But if you are a user of Google Photos, now there is another efficient way you can do.

This new feature comes in the form of a Shared Album. This new feature is designed to allow the Google Photos users to share the priceless memories easily, and also collaborate with other users without platform limitation.

Previously, indeed Google Photos users have been able to share photos or album by sending a link via SMS, email or a variety of other messaging applications. But with this Shared Album feature, users can create an album and also collaborate with other users in the same time, allowing other users to contribute and add photos or videos they have.

Users are also free to save photos and videos from the Shared Album to individual library. Whenever there is a new photo or video added to the album, a notification will appear in their devices.

But the most interesting thing of the Shared album is its simple process. Users can access all the shared photos and videos through various platforms - laptop, tablet, Android or iOS. Users don't even need to have a Google account, unless they want to add photos or videos into the album.

You can enjoy the Shared Album feature via Google Photos app on Android, iOS or directly from the web.
