Lately, it seems that Skype is quite obsessed to provide new
ways for users to interact and express themselves. After Skype Mojis, now Skype
delivers a new feature called video message filter.
As information, the video message itself is actually a short
video clip that can be sent to Skype contacts to be viewed anytime, they don't
need to see it directly online. You can consider the video message as special
memo, because there is someone who really wants to say a message to you.
Now the video message will feel more special by the
availability of a variety of filters. Simply put, you are now able to give an
interesting effect on the video message you want to send, for example, you can
add colorful balloons that are flying around your face, or give negative filter
so your face will look spooky, very fit ahead of the Halloween event.
Video message filter feature will be available on Android
and iOS version - hopefully in the future we can also tether the filters on the
video call. At the same time, the update of Skype 6.5 for iOS devices
apparently also presents a series of interesting new features
One of them is the support for 3D Touch of iPhone 6S and 6S
Plus which allows users to gain fast access to a number of Skype functions
directly from the homescreen, or to preview the media content that's shared in
the conversation.
In addition, Skype 6.5 for iOS also brings two features that
have been awaited by a lot of users: the feature to share someone's contact
easily in a conversation, and a feature to remove the entire chat history
instantly.
