Although most of smartwatch products today emphasize to the
elegant and premium designs, but it doesn't mean that fitness smartwatches can
be forgotten just like that.
Motorola had just showed off the Moto Sport 360, although
its full detail hasn't been revealed yet. At the same time, Philips also showed
off its first smartwatch. And now TomTom introduces its newest
smartwatch/fitness tracker named TomTom Spark.
TomTom Spark has a simple shape, with medium dimension so
that women can still use it without seen being using oversized watch. In total
there are 8 strap colors offered, and this smartwatch is ready to be taken for
diving to a depth of 40 meters.
TomTom hasn't explained the full specs of this smartwatch,
but we can be sure that TomTom Spark packs integrated heart-rate monitor,
activity tracking, and sleep tracking. In addition, TomTom Spark also brings
GPS, which means that it can accompany you to exercise without relying on a
smartphone at all, to monitor how fast you are moving and how far you have run.
Exercising while accompanied by music would be so much fun;
TomTom Spark has prepared the solution. It brings 3 GB of internal storage,
allowing you to store around 500 songs at once. Just connect the Bluetooth
headphones to this smartwatch, and then you will be able to exercising while
enjoying your favorite music.
TomTom plans to market the TomTom Spark starts in October
for € 249. Although it comes with its own companion application, the TomTom
MySports, but this device is also compatible with the fitness applications from
other brands such as RunKeeper or Nike +.
