As one of electronic manufacturers that offer curved TV, LG
also introduces a new device that could become a good companion for its curved
TV line. As we know, a closest friend of curved TV is the soundbar. However, in
the case of curved TV, its soundbar should be special too.
LG Music Flow HS8 is a wireless soundbar with interesting
curved design. Just like the curved TV, this curved soundbar is not designed
just to meet the aesthetic purpose, but also to enhance the immersive
impression presented.
LG Music Flow HS8 has 4.1 channel configuration with a total
power of 360 watts. Tweeter placement on the left and right soundbar is claimed
can increase the frequency range of sound produced.
But the most interesting feature of this curved soundbar is
the i-Sound Mode. Simply put, this feature will adapt the output sound to the
type of content that's being played. With this feature, the LG Music Flow HS8
is claimed to be able to recognize what content that's being watched by the
user, ranging from movies, news or music, and then adjust the sound setting
automatically.
About the connectivity, in addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth,
the LG Music Flow HS8 is also compatible with Google Cast, so you can forward
the content from smartphone or tablet easily. In addition, this curved soundbar
could also be involved in a multi-room setup together with speakers from the LG
Music Flow line, or placed in a room to activate the Home Cinema mode.
LG Music Flow HS8 will be exhibited at IFA 2015 in Berlin at
early September 2015. So far there has been no information about the price or
its availability outside the European market.
