Asus Introduces ZenFone Max

Completing the collection of ZenFone family, Asus officially introduces a new variant called ZenFone Max which has pretty similar appearance but with larger battery capacity.

Asus Zenfone Max (ZC550KL) battery has a capacity of 5.000mAh which is twice bigger than the other variants, and of course it offers a longer battery life. Unfortunately there's no detail of how many hours the battery is able to survive with normal or intense use.

Not only has a battery with large capacity, ZenFone Max also gets a 13MP PixelMaster camera that has a special ability in targeting an object. There are also auto focus and dual tone flash to help capturing the best shots. In addition there is also a 5MP camera with a wide angle lens which is important to attract the attention of selfie fans.

Overall, Asus' new smartphone has a very well performance with all the components it has. ZenFone Max brings 5.5 inch IPS screen that's protected by the latest generation layer, Gorilla Glass 4. Furthermore, there is a Snapdragon 410 chipset with 64-bit computing and 2GB RAM support, provides good and smooth multi-tasking performance.

ZenFone Max is also equipped with a dual SIM feature, 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system which is wrapped in Zen UI 2.0. According to the plan, Asus Zenfone Max will be launched in October 2015.

At the same time, Asus has also introduced several new variants like ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ZenFone 2 Laser, ZenFone Selfie, ASUS ZenPad 7.0 (Z370) and 8.0 (Z380). The event itself is held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, India.
