Apart from its function as digital content sales center of
Apple, iTunes was born as a music player application for the Mac. Most people
probably had been quite satisfied with iTunes, but there were also those who felt
that iTunes couldn’t meet their needs.
The main problem was the iTunes audio format support was not
complete; natively iTunes couldn't play audio files with lossless formats such
as FLAC or APE. In addition, the iTunes display looked too full and complex.
Those two problems that made a developer team named
Coppertino Inc. designing a music player application that could be loved by
many people. In 2013, they released VOX Music Player, which gradually invited
the attention of many Mac users.
The major advantage of VOX compared to iTunes was its
ability to play a variety of audio formats, including FLAC, APE, WMA and OGG.
Not only that, it looked very minimalist and user friendly.
After two years later, Coppertino Inc. brings the same
philosophy to the iOS platform. They released VOX Music Player for iPhone. Just
like its Mac version, the VOX for iPhone also can play various audio files
without requiring you to change the format first. VOX display is also very
different from the iPhone default music player application; it looks more
interesting because of similar design to its Mac version.
In addition to a complete audio format support and a
beautiful design, VOX for iPhone also brings SoundCloud integration and
internet-based radio channel; you will never run out of content to indulge your
ears.
At the same time, Coppertino Inc. also launches their first
cloud music storage service, named LOOP. This paid service - $ 5 per month, $
50 per year - allows you to store your music collection in the cloud as much as
possible, and then stream it from Mac or iPhone without any loss of sound
quality. VOX for iPhone can also save the songs files offline from LOOP. VOX
Music Player for iPhone can be obtained for free from the App Store.
