HP releases new variants for the Envy and Spectre lines,
various improvements have been given to these devices. One of them is in the design part, where the
HP Spectre has a super slim body only 10,4mm, which makes it one of the world's
thinnest notebooks. While the Envy gets improvements in the battery capacity
and in some other important parts.
HP Spectre
The newest variant of HP Spectre comes with a thickness of
10,4mm, almost the same with the size of AAA battery. Remarkably, although the
size is reduced, the embedded battery can still last up to 9.45 hours. The
reduction in thickness also gives an impact to the weight of the device, which
now becomes 1.12 kg.
The design of HP Spectre is made more innovative, where the
surface is made of solid aluminum, and the bottom is polished with flexible
carbon fiber casing. While at the front, the device presents a 13.3-inch screen
with 300 NITS Full HD resolution. This screen is protected by Gorilla Glass
layer from edge to edge.
The latest HP Spectre variant is powered by Intel Core i5
and i7, SSD up to 512GB, and 8GB RAM. To maintain its stability, HP provides
hyperbaric cooling system to keep the engine cool when the device is used for
work.
The Pre order of 13.3-inch HP Spectre will be opened through
the HP official store and BBY.com from April 25 with the prices start from $
1,169.99. In retail stores, the laptop can be purchased at prices start from $
1,249.99, but perhaps it will be available on May 22.
