Live streaming market is currently dominated by Facebook
Life and Periscope. And for the Periscope users, one of the new features that
will be coming soon is the Doodle feature or doodling on the screen while the
video is broadcasted live. For now, this feature is still in beta and is being
tested by a small group of Periscope users.
One of the Periscope users, Matt Navara, has uploaded a
video demonstration of this new feature. This feature basically allows the
users to make simple sketches by simply touching the screen of the device.
After a few seconds, the sketches will automatically disappear.
This feature is definitely very useful for the broadcasters
who want to show specific things to the audience. For example, you're recording
and broadcasting a video of a troublemaker in a concert that's being detained
by the officer; you can simply create a circle to mark that troublemaker.
According to the spokesperson of Twitter to TechRadar, this
feature will be available in the next few weeks to all Periscope users.
