The famous audio manufacturer from the United States, JBL,
recently has announced new unique earphones. These earphones don't come with a
3.5 mm jack, but with USB-C plug.
Yes, from its name - JBL Reflect Aware C - we can notice
that these earphones are specially designed for smartphones or other devices
that have USB-C port, such as HTC 10 which has just been released. Not only
forwarding the audio, this connection is also useful to channel the electric
power to keep the noise canceling feature of earphones active.
The intensity of noise canceling feature can be adjusted
whether the user really wants to block the outside noise thoroughly, or only
slightly so it won't disturb the user.
The eartips have an ergonomic design and anti-perspiration
so they won't fall when the users doing activities. Each of eartip is powered
by 14.8 mm driver with a frequency response of 10-22000 Hz. In the middle of
the cord there is an in-line remote which packs microphone and volume control.
JBL hasn't disclosed the sale price or availability of
Reflect Aware C, but certainly it will become one of the official accessories
that will be sold separately accompanying the HTC 10 when it is marketed later.
