Organize personal schedule sometimes can be so difficult, especially if you have to match it with other people's schedules. However, this scenario is unavoidable, especially if you work in a company division which has to do routine meeting agenda.

But if your team is using Google Apps for Work or Education, Google Calendar app for Android now has packed a new feature that will really help. Its name is "Find a time", and its job is to find a meeting time that's most ideal for several people at once.

This feature will help users to find meeting times based on the schedules of all members joined. The agenda of each colleague will be analyzed carefully, before finally it can find the right time so that everyone can attend the meeting.

If there's no time that's really fit, the application will display the collide schedule that most likely can be used, complete with the reason. Even so, the final decision remains in the hands of users; "Find a time" is just trying to help.

This feature is specifically designed and intended for teams or organizations where the shared calendar has become an important part of the daily routine. So far the "Find a time" has been available in Google Calendar for Android, but Google has promised to launch it for the version of iOS and web.
