Facebook Live gets additional features of Reactions, Filter and Reply Comment

Again Facebook give important improvements for its live streaming service, bring new features that will enhance the interaction elements on the video, easily shared and found. Some of the features that will be rolled out in the next few weeks, among others are the capability to broadcast the video at Group and Events, Reply Comment, the addition of Reactions and Filter features, and location information that includes the spot where the broadcast is taken which covers most of the countries in the world.

The Live feature can now be broadcasted to two most popular services in Facebook: Group and Event. That means, users can broadcast video to certain people that have same interest with them. For example, to a group that contains members of community, alumni or family.

Meanwhile the reach of Live feature to Events service will provide new opportunities for users to broadcast the event that has been mentioned through invitation, for example, a birthday party, wedding, engagement or seminar.

Next, after debuting in February to the main News Feed, Reactions finally lands in Live. As its function, Reactions will be a benchmark of people's reactions toward an aired video. For the viewers, Reactions is a new way to express their feelings regarding the broadcasted video.

If the emotions are not enough, users can participate by leaving a comment. Interestingly, the new feature allows users to reply the comments that have been left by the viewers when they want to watch it again at a later time.

Facebook also adds a new option that serves to send an invitation to watch the live broadcast to friends' contacts. The invitation recipients will get a notification containing a request to watch the video.

This new experience will soon be rolled out to Android and iOS platforms in the next few weeks.
