The concept of Bosch is intended to show 'the future of user interface'. The system is presented in the form of high-resolution touchscreens that are placed in a two-seat convertible vehicle. They fill the main console and on both doors. The interface allows the rider and passengers to access the basic functions such as the Internet, see the agenda, and navigation.

The connectivity is also connected to the house, so that the user can turn on / turn off the air conditioning remotely, turn on the security system, and even unlock the fence. Bosch has also developed a cloud-based software in which the computer is utilizing GPS signal to calculate the position of the car, in order to determine whether the user is running in the right direction or not.

The infotainment system will issue alert sign in the form of light and sound when there is a pedestrian crossing the road. The same thing is also applied to the other car that's coming from the opposite direction. According to Bosch, this solution will become important key to avoid accidents. To accomplish this, the development team intends to put a personal assistant, like Siri or Cortana.

The most unique part of this Bosch technology lies in the touchscreens. Reportedly, the component is able to simulate a sensation that's similar to when the user presses a button or turning a real dial. It makes the driving safer because the driver can touch it without seeing the touchscreens. Furthermore, the vehicle could be ordered to park by itself.

Bosch uses the Tesla Model S as the base to embed its advanced infotainment system. This innovation has been tested in Germany, Japan and the United States, and is scheduled to be available in 2020.
