As the presenter of visual contents, monitor of course has an important role, particularly in the gaming context. Why? Because no matter how well the graphics card in the PC will be useless when the tearing problem arises due to screen's refresh rate that's not fast enough to display contents in high fps.

Therefore, the technology such as Nvidia G-Sync plays an important role in the development of modern monitors. Nevertheless, this kind of technology is also useless if there is no monitor manufacturer that's willing to embed its compatibility. So far there are pretty much monitors with G-Sync standard, but these duo gaming monitors from Asus deserve to get more attention thanks to their features.

The first monitor is the Asus ROG Swift PG279Q. This monitor is equipped with IPS panel at a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, with a viewing angle of about 178 degrees. But the ability that will make you amaze is its refresh rate that could reach 165 Hz, ensuring all contents presented will look smooth while maximizing its responsiveness. As a bonus, there is a Turbo button to change the refresh rate levels with ease.

Besides carrying G-Sync technology that's compatible with the majority of the Nvidia GPUs, both of monitors are also equipped with GameVisual feature. Simply put, this feature allows the users to add overlay on the top of game that's played - could be in the form of custom viewfinder, fps counter or just ordinary timer.

Asus also equips both of them with Ultra-Low Blue Light technology which is designed to cut as much as blue light emissions so that the risk of eye fatigue can be minimized. About the connectivity, both of monitors bring DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4, two USB 3.0 ports and a headphone jack. 2 watts speakers are also presented to facilitate users who need standard audio output.
