Microsoft has officially launched a new application called
Sway, a digital storytelling application that can be a tool for users to make
presentations, reports, resumes, and also interesting lessons. Sway was first
introduced in 2014 and has gone through development phases for about ten
months. Now, Sway is available for general users, business people and
organizations.
Sway offers professional design for any project reports and
presentations you want to make. The user friendly layout allows anyone to
create it in minutes.
Sway can be used by many professions. For example, a teacher
can make subject matter for students, provide supplementary materials for
parents, give new storytelling means for the students, and many more. And in
the other hand, the students will get new experience in doing their school
assignments, reports, and even a personal portfolio.
In line with Microsoft's focus to unify all its products and
services, Sway is accessible from the web, tablet and of course PC. The support
for Windows 10 can now be tried for free from the app store, Windows 10 Store.
Its availability in different platforms above, including
offline support, allows users to access the features, tools and stories that
have been made from a variety of different devices and is not limited by space
and time.
Make a professional presentation is not difficult with Sway.
There are many beautiful designs that can adjust with the device layout. On the
panel, there are scrolling buttons, horizontally and vertically, and also a
feature which provides complete control to the users to decide when the slide
appears and when to stop.
Sway is also equipped with share button through Docs.com.
Interestingly, through Docs.com, users can also manage Sway in addition to
other Office contents, allows users to add PDF documents or web links for
richer contents.
