Ahead of the Windows 10 launch which will be officially
announced by Microsoft on July 29, 2015, a Japanese company has stolen the
spotlight with the release of a device that's ready to support Windows 10
Mobile.
Mouse Computer is a Japanese company that has just showcased
OEM smartphone called Madosma at Computex 2015 event, in Taipei this week. The
global customers may not have been familiar with this company, but it's claimed
that Madosma is ready to run the update of Windows 10 Mobile.
At the Computex 2015 that's held in Taipei on June 2-6, the
Madosma is still running with the Windows Phone 8.1 update 1, but the Mouse
Computer has promised that this smartphone will soon get an update to Windows
10 Mobile platform when Microsoft has released it later.
Smartphone Madosma has been equipped with 5 inch IPS LCD
screen with 720 pixel HD resolution. Besides orchestrated with Qualcomm's
1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, the smartphone which will be sold at
an affordable price also brings 1GB RAM and 8GB Internal Storage. However,
users can still add 128GB of storage capacity via a microSD memory card slot.
Almost the same as most other smartphones, Madosma will also
be equipped with 8 megapixel main camera with autofoc us feature and the LED
flash on the back. While the 2 megapixel second camera will be placed on the
front that can be used to take selfie photos and also make video calls.
This smartphone is wrapped with a body made of plastic and
is offered at a price of 33,800 yen, or equivalent to US $ 272 per unit.
Madosma is also equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and AGPS support, and
USB 2.0 micro connector. Meanwhile for the power source, Madosma entrusts it to
2,300mAh battery.
Unfortunately, this new product is only offered to users
in Japan by pre-order through the
Rakuten, one of the leading online sites in the country. There's still no
information when Madosma smartphone will be available in the international
market.
