Android tablet brings many advantages, especially for the
entertainment needs. But in the other hand, the Windows tablet may be more
suited for office work due to its desktop version of Microsoft Office software,
not the mobile version as there is in Android.
So, which one will you choose? Well, you can get both at AxiooWindroid, a new tablet with dual OS that's introduced last week. As the name
implies, Axioo Windroid is more special than other tablets because this device
is running two operating systems simultaneously: Windows 8.1 and Android 4.4
KitKat (unfortunately still KitKat).
This tablet is designed to be a best friend for working and
playing activities. At work, you can finish the monthly reports by using
Microsoft Excel on Windows OS. And then when you come back from work, you can
eliminate your fatigue by playing Real Racing 3 or other games on Android OS.
You can easily select the OS you want to run; you just need
to click one of the OS icons on the boot up process. While using the Android
OS, you can also directly switch the OS to Windows with ease.
Axioo Windroid has been equipped with qualified components;
there is Intel Atom Bay Trail Z3735 SoC with 1,83GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB
RAM, and also a pair of cameras: 2MP back camera, and 0.3MP front camera.
There are three Windroid variants
offered by Axioo, i.e. Windroid 7, Windroid 7G and Windroid 8G. The Windroid 7
and Windroid 7G have a specification that's quite identical, with a 7-inch IPS
screen resolution of 1024 × 600 and 2,800mAh battery. The difference is, the
Windroid 7G is equipped with 3G micro SIM slot, plus bigger internal storage,
i.e. 32GB - meanwhile the standard Windroid 7 only brings 16GB internal
storage. The three variants have been equipped with Office 365 software.
To attract customers, AxiooWindroid will be marketed at affordable prices: Windroid 7 for $ 110, Windroid
7G for $140 and Windroid 8G for about $ 155.
