Asus Zenfone 3 becomes the latest sign that the smartphone
with 6GB RAM will become a trend in the second half of 2016, following the ZTE
Axon 7 that has been released and the rumors which say that Galaxy Note 6 will
also carry similar component.
In the Computex 2016 event, Asus officially introduces the
ZenFone 3 together with ZenFone 3 Deluxe and ZenFone 3 Ultra. All three are
covered in metal material and equipped with fingerprint sensor, but for other
specifications, there are striking differences that distinguish them. Perhaps
the naming is potentially confusing, but the screen size of ZenFone 3 Ultra
will help consumers to distinguish each model.
Asus Zenfone 3
Asus Zenfone 3 provides a balance between a classy design
and qualified specification. In the front, it displays 5.5 inch screen with a
resolution of FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels). ZenFone 3 has a fairly thin bezel and a
more optimal screen ratio to the body. This smartphone is protected by 2.5D
anti-scratch coating from Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and back of the
device.
ZenFone 3 is orchestrated by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 which
consists of octa core processor along with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, Asus
provides a 16MP main camera which is accompanied by a number of sophisticated
features such as PDAF, Asus TriTech autofocus technology, and others.
ZenFone 3 Ultra
Carrying the same components as the standard variant, such
as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652, Adreno 510 graphics card, and 4GB of RAM,
ZenFone 3 Ultra has wider screen if compared to other two variants, i.e. 6.8
inch. This screen has a resolution of FHD that's also equipped with the
ASUS-exclusive Tru2Life+ Video technology for perfect visual quality.
Other superiority of ZenFone 3 Ultra lies in its camera
component, 23MP, which has been equipped with Tritech autofocus technology. Its
battery capacity is fairly large, i.e. 4.600mAh.
ZenFone 3 Deluxe
ZenFone 3 Deluxe is the highest model of the ZenFone 3
family, so it can be understood that ZenFone 3 Deluxe is equipped with higher
components.
ZenFone 3 Deluxe has been orchestrated by the Snapdragon 820
chipset which is the latest chipset of Qualcomm. This component is combined
with Adreno 530 graphics card that's integrated with a number of latest
technologies, such as LTE X12 modem and 6GB of RAM, promising gaming
performance, data connectivity and multimedia.
ZenFone 3 Deluxe brings 5.7-inch screen also with FHD
resolution. This Super AMOLED screen offers sharpness and clarity of colors in
perfect visual for various activities
ZenFone 3 Deluxe also brings 23MP main camera of Sony IMX318
which is the most advanced component from Sony. This camera has a number of
capabilities, such as aperture f/2.0, four OIS, blur-free, and optimization
features in low light situations.
Zenfone 3 is offered at a price of $ 249, Zenfone 3 Ultra
for $ 479, and Zenfone 3 Deluxe for $ 499.
