Creating a presentation slideshow
by using PowerPoint is quite tricky. A simple design can make the meeting point
is delivered efficiently, but at the same time also can make the participants
feel bored. Conversely, designing interesting slideshow with the animations
layout obviously requires extra time.
Well, if you're an Office 365 customer, it should not be
that difficult. Leveraging the cloud technology, Microsoft introduces two new
features, i.e. PowerPoint Designer and Morph; both are available exclusively
for the customers of Office 365.
PowerPoint Design allows users to create interesting and
professional presentation slideshow in seconds. You only need to do two steps:
1) select the image, and 2) choose one of a number of design ideas that are
offered.
Microsoft claims that this feature is heavily influenced by
image analysis technology. Microsoft works closely with a number of
professional graphic designers to develop more than 12,000 creative blueprints.
Furthermore, the PowerPoint Designer will analyze the image that's attached by
the user, and then determines which blueprint that's match with the content. And
of course, due to the cloud technology usage, the PowerPoint Designer will be
more perfect along with the time.
The second tool is Morph. Morph will simply give the
cinematic impression by slipping a number of animations on various slides at
once.
As mentioned before, PowerPoint Designer and Morph can only
be enjoyed by customers of Office 365. But there are still additional note:
both of these features so far can only be used in PowerPoint 2016 software on
the Windows platform, and will be followed to other platforms in the coming
months.
