View-Master VR Headset is the cooperation result between Google with a toy manufacturer, Mattel. Just evoke our memories, View-Master was a toy that's designed for viewing 3D images through a paper disc that's quite popular in the 90s era, can be said that the View-Master was the forerunner of a 3D VR headset.

Like the previous version, View-Master VR Headset still comes with a paper disc. However, to see the 3D content you don't need to install the paper disc into View-Master. The View-Master can be used such as using Google Cardboard; it means you still need a smartphone.

Before using it, View-Master VR Headset application must first be downloaded to a smartphone, after that you have to scan the View Master Pass Card to your smartphone and then plug the smartphone into View-Master. To see the 3D content, you only need to direct your view onto paper disc, and the 3D content will appear in the form of virtual reality. The View-Master content is produced by NASA and National Geographic with 3 themes: the wild, aerospace and tourist destination, so it is very suitable for children learning tool.
