Motorola feast is not only enlivened by the latest Moto G
smartphone. There are two other variants that also join with the Motorola's big
day; they are Moto X Style and Moto X Play, one of the most successful
smartphone lines that have ever been created by Motorola.
Moto X Style
In the US market, Moto X Style is also known as Moto X Pure.
Maintaining the design that can be selected in accordance with the user's
wishes, Moto X Style comes with a rich choice of covers, starts from material,
color and pattern.
Moto X Style comes with a battery capacity of 3.000mAh.
Meanwhile from the outside, this smartphone packs 5.7-inch screen with Quad HD
1440p resolution and a pixel density of 520ppi. From the inside, the Moto X
Style is armed with 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset that's consisting of
hexa-core CPU (MSM8992), together with Adreno 418 GPU and 3GB RAM.
Consumers are given wide choices of internal memory capacity;
Motorola has prepared three variants that can be chosen by the customers: 16GB,
32GB and 64GB. Interestingly, Moto X Style is equipped with 21MP rear camera
that's certainly able to produce super clear shots. Furthermore, this
smartphone is able to record 1080p HD video (30 fps), 4K video (30fps), Slow
Motion video (120 fps) and HDR video (1080p and 4K).
In addition, Moto X Style also carries a 5MP front camera
with Wide-Angle lens, offers a wide angle catch when taking pictures or video
calls.
Moto X Play
Moto X Play comes with a smaller screen, 5.5-inch Full HD.
However, this variant carries a larger battery capacity, 3.630mAh.
From the performance side, Moto X Play is using 1.7GHz
Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset Octa-core CPU, Adreno 405 graphics processor
and 2GB RAM, as well as two internal memory options: 16GB and 32GB. Just like
Moto X Style, this variant is also equipped with a 21MP main camera and 5MP
front camera.
Both of variants run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating
system and support 4G LTE technology, however about the price and availability,
Motorola implements different schemes. Moto X Play will be released starting in
August in Europe, Latin America and Canada at a price range from $ 300 to $
400. But this variant will not be released to the United States.
While the Moto X Style will be released to Europe, Latin
America, and Canada on September, and then it will visit China and India at the
end of the year. As mentioned before, the Moto X Style will be released to the
US market with the name Moto X Pure; it's priced at $ 399 for an unlocked
version.
