ZTE, one of China's electronics manufacturers quite often
releases premium smartphones to the market, after the success of their Android
smartphone called Nubia, recently ZTE has also introduced a new smartphone
called Axon Phone. This smartphone is said will become a new flagship premium
smartphone of ZTE.
Although it comes from a manufacturer based in China, but
the Axon Phone smartphone will be aimed for the American market. This is not
the first time for ZTE in marketing their premium products to America;
previously there were a number of ZTE products that had also been presented
specifically for the market in that country. ZTE even becomes a sponsor for one
of basketball teams in the United States and a number of their ads appear in
the NBA basketball games.
Axon Phone itself had become a mystery and got less response
from some parties because they thought that this smartphone was a product from
a new vendor in China, but one of senior authors from the PCMag, Sacha Segan
had revealed a number of facts which said that Axon Phone is one of ZTE products
that's ready to be launched in the near future. The site that's made
specifically to introduce this product also has been accessible.
Axon Phone will be launched in the mid of July 2015, it's
equipped with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage media, Sacha Segan even
compared this smartphone with ASUS Zenphone 2 which also has the same RAM
capacity. However Axon Phone has a better casing that's made of metal material,
while ASUS Zenphone 2 comes with a plastic casing.
In addition, Axon Phone is also packed with a dual lens
camera, although no detailed information about the capabilities of this camera
feature, but it seems that this feature is similar to the dual lens camera
feature that's embedded on the HTC One M8.
Axon Phone is also reportedly going to offer audio
excellence, but unfortunately there is no detailed information related to the
type of processor and the capacity of the battery used in this smartphone.
Furthermore, Axon Phone will come in three variants of colors: Blue, Gold and
White, and will be offered at a price of $ 450 per unit, ZTE will start
introducing Axon Phone in New York City on July 14, 2015.
