As a communication tool, one advantages of smartphone is the easiness to contact the closest people when we are in an emergency situation. Nevertheless, there's time when the situation doesn't allow us to use the smartphone because of some dangerous reasons.

A startup called Wearsafe wants to offer a solution to such problem. Through the Kickstarter campaign, they introduce a wearable tag with a fairly ambitious mission: to save millions of lives around the world.

Wearsafe Tag is a small Bluetooth device that can be connected to a smartphone in order to give a warning to relatives or your colleagues in emergency times, with a range of around 60 meters. Its small dimension allows it to be worn as a necklace or clipped to a shirt, pants or backpacks. Bluetooth LE connectivity allows the coin battery to last up to six months.

Furthermore, Wearsafe will also create a chat group automatically so that your relatives and colleagues can communicate easily in order to help you as soon as possible.
