There are many ways we can do to enhance the portability and productivity, one of which is by storing important files in cloud storage service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc. This method is favored due to the ease access to the stored files because you can access them anywhere and with a wide range of devices just by utilizing Internet connection.

For some people, Google Drive may still be one of the best options for saving important file, the 15GB storage space that's given freely can be one of the reasons.

However, the users of Microsoft's document processing service are still quite a lot, then what if you want to integrate both of them? Google recently launches Google Drive plugin for integration with Microsoft Office desktop application.

By installing this plugin, users can access various files such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel that are stored in Google Drive directly from the Microsoft desktop application.

This integration will certainly add the comfort of users whereby when the users are using Microsoft desktop application, they can go directly to the files stored in Google Drive just like a regular folder in the computer. This change will also be synchronized automatically and stored in the cloud.

No doubt, Microsoft Office is still widely used by companies and businesses owners to complete their works. Currently, Microsoft itself is preparing Windows 10 that's scheduled to be released on 29 July. Windows 10 will be released for free in the first year.

Interestingly, later you can get the Windows 10 installer in a USB. For the price, you don't need to worry because Microsoft offers the same price both for the installer in the USB and DVD or through digital downloaded version.

Windows 10 will be sold by retail with two versions: Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro, but there has been no official statement from Microsoft related to how the distribution of Windows 10 by using USB. It's quite reasonable if Microsoft chooses to distribute Windows 10 through USB because the DVD or CD drive technology has begun to be abandoned.
