If you are using an Android device, chances are you've heard
about BlueStacks. The BlueStacks is software for PC that allows you to access
the Android apps easily and legally.
The popularity of BlueStacks has
indeed been proven, the development team claims that there are around 90
million users who have downloaded and installed BlueStacks in their Windows
devices. But for Mac users, they should be satisfied with BlueStacks alpha
version that had circulated about three years ago.
Well, if you are one of those Mac
users who were disappointed, now you can smile because BlueStacks team has
officially released the final version of the BlueStacks App Player for Mac.
Speaking to 9to5Mac, BlueStacks
Principal Software Architect, David Reese, explained that his team had worked
hard to optimize BlueStacks for Mac. Not only visually by maximizing the
potential of Retina Display, but also using touch gestures on Apple’s
trackpads.
Thus, in addition to using a
keyboard or mouse, you can now play Crossy Road or Clash of Clans using touch
control on Mac's trackpad. At the same time, BlueStacks for Mac also brings
integration of other components such as microphone and camera, as well as the
native graphics processing system which is claimed can run the heavy
games.
BlueStacks App Player for Mac now
can be downloaded for free from the official website, bluestacks.com. It is
compatible with about 96% of the total Android apps, as well as 86% of existing
games in Google Play. Keep in mind, you still have to purchase the paid Android
applications from Google Play, or can also be accessed directly from the Mac
via BlueStacks.
