Nvidia GeForce Experience was initially designed as complement
software for Nvidia graphics cards; it's offering automatic driver update and optimizes
the graph setting in each game. But over the time, the GeForce Experience
evolves to be a major weapon for gamers who struggle in Twitch.
In the latest update of beta version, the GeForce Experience
finally expands its live streaming feature to other platform, i.e. YouTube. So,
users are now free to broadcast their gameplay videos to YouTube or Twitch, all
in a resolution of 1920x1080 60 fps. For Twitch, the video quality will get
better as it goes on 9 Mbit/s rate.
There are several settings that can be accessed quickly when
users want to start the live streaming. This menu can be accessed with the Alt
+ Z by default. From there the users can adjust the video quality and where the
video will land, whether to Twitch or YouTube.
The GeForce Experience update also brings good news for the
owners of Nvidia Shield device. The GameStream feature, where users can play PC
games on the Shield device, has got performance enhancement: 4K 60 fps, plus
5.1 surround audio. For example if you have Shield Android TV aka Shield
Console that's embedded in 4K TV and home theater sets, you can instantly play
the PC games on this latest setup.
But of course there are special requirements to enjoy the
GameStream features at 4K resolution. First, Your PC has an adequate
performance to run the games in 4K resolution - simply put, it's powered by an
Intel Core i7 processor, and GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU. Second, the local network
in your home should have a speed of at least 100 Mbps.
